01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pak92" refers to the pak92 betting and casino platform accessible at pak92.bet, including all associated services, products, and features.
• "Platform" means the pak92 website, mobile-optimised interface, and any related digital services operated by pak92.
• "Member" or "User" means any individual who has successfully registered a pak92 account and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon successful registration with pak92.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's pak92 account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive balances credited to a Member's account by pak92 under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by pak92 before withdrawals are processed, including CNIC verification.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used on the pak92 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the pak92 Platform is restricted under applicable law or pak92's internal policy.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pak92 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Member) and pak92. They apply to all use of the Platform regardless of the device, browser, or access method used.

pak92 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with pak92, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold pak92 accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order from pak92 or any other licensed gaming operator.
• You must not have had a previous pak92 account closed due to fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, or violation of these Terms.

pak92 enforces a strict one account per person, per household, and per device policy. Members found to be operating multiple accounts will have all accounts permanently suspended and all balances — including any pending withdrawals — forfeited without recourse.

pak92 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds. This includes but is not limited to a copy of your CNIC, a utility bill, or a bank statement. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak92 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

pak92 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a fraudulent communication and reported to pak92 support immediately.

• You must notify pak92 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• pak92 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• You must ensure your registered email address and mobile number remain valid and accessible, as these are used for account verification and security notifications.
• pak92 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security.

All bets and transactions placed from your account are deemed to have been placed by you personally. pak92 accepts no responsibility for transactions placed by third parties who have accessed your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

pak92 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, and Raast.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100.
• Deposits are typically credited to your pak92 account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the payment provider's processing times.
• pak92 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24–72 hours of a verified request, subject to KYC completion and any active bonus wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as a fraud prevention measure.
• pak92 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending investigation in cases where fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the account.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

pak92 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and PSL-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be staked. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• pak92 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or suspicious wagering patterns.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the specific bonus terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms.

pak92 monitors wagering behaviour to detect bonus abuse. Strategies designed to exploit promotional offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging, arbitrage betting, and the use of multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of bonuses and winnings, and may lead to account closure.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the pak92 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or casino game, as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for the purposes of that particular bet or game.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pak92 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• pak92 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension or settlement at any time in accordance with the rules of the relevant event.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your real-money balance and are immediately available for withdrawal, subject to any active wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• pak92 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific market, game, or event. Scheduled events may be postponed, cancelled, or settled under special rules.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each market or game are displayed on the relevant page of the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

For cricket betting specifically — including PSL, international Tests, ODIs, and T20Is — settlement is governed by the official results declared by the relevant cricket board or event authority. pak92 uses independently verified data feeds for all live markets.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak92 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction by means of a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information exploitation in connection with any bet placed on the Platform.
• Using automated systems, bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform for any illegal financial transaction.
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Abusing the customer support function by making false claims, threats, or engaging in harassing behaviour toward pak92 staff.
• Misrepresenting your identity or impersonating any other person or entity.

09 Responsible Gaming

pak92 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that betting and casino games should remain a form of entertainment. If gambling is causing you or someone close to you financial, emotional, or personal harm, please seek help immediately.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pak92 Members at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the pak92 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period and take effect within 24 hours.
• Reality Check: Periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net win/loss position.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the pak92 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak92 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without express written authorisation from pak92.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform.
• Use pak92 trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any context without prior written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Unauthorised use of pak92's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by pak92.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak92 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated profits resulting from a technical malfunction, platform outage, or third-party service failure.
• Losses arising from a delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by the Member's payment provider.
• Any loss or corruption of account data resulting from circumstances outside pak92's reasonable control.
• Losses incurred as a result of the Member's failure to maintain account security.
• Any indirect or consequential economic loss suffered by the Member as a result of using the Platform.

pak92 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pak92 makes every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is operational and accurate at all times, pak92 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit pak92's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

pak92 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pak92 will notify registered Members by email to the address on file or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, formatting changes, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of Members — may be made without advance notice.

Your continued use of the pak92 Platform after any amendment has been notified or published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure through the support team.

The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak92 holds its gaming licence. By using the Platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing territory for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.

In the event of a dispute, pak92 encourages Members to first contact the support team to seek an informal resolution. Where an informal resolution is not possible, the matter may be escalated through pak92's formal complaints process as described in Section 14 below.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights, prevent fraud, or address an imminent threat of harm.

All formal complaints must be submitted in writing (via email or live chat transcript) and will receive an initial response within 72 hours. pak92 aims to resolve all complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt. Complex complaints requiring further investigation may take up to 28 days to resolve, and the Member will be kept informed of progress throughout.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of pak92's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as designated under pak92's operating licence. Details of the applicable ADR body are available by contacting pak92 support.
